From these photos looks like original late HJ dagger produced by Gustav L. Koller Solingen. Unfortunately blade looks cleaned.

I'd say good, but don't pay too much for it as $350 and patience will get you a much nicer one

Too small and blurry pictures again: impossible to see how bad the damage to the diamond really is... Are the grip plates even intact?

I would never recommend buying from pictures like that!

As I have stated many times before. In this day and age anyone, buyer, seller, collector etc should be able to furnish clear, close up photos of any item. In my opinion blurry, far away photos are usually used to sell something that is not original or has flaws the seller doesn't want you to see. JMO
