HJ Knife No Maker

Need some help with this HJ knife,it has no maker on the blade,It cut have been removed,the knife is salty,blade sharpened,diamond with damage,scabberd painted red,I need some opinion,is it good,must admit I like it,burt really dont know much about them,and what the value in this condition,probaly only good for spare parts in this condition if its good.

Its genuine enough but as you say salty with repainted scabbard
