That's not a maker's mark, it's the SA Group to which this dagger was sent by the manufacturer: SA-Gruppe Sachsen. And that stamp was originally made to the reverse lower crossguard, which means that this dagger has been taken apart and put back together with at least the lower crossguard reversed. Doing so could throw the grip out of alignment with the crossguards and could make the blade and the tang nut seat improperly.
