miniature dagger dosent sit firmly in scabbard

ive just aquired a new scabbard for my miniature german army dagger, unfortunately its not a very good fit. the scabbard is a fraction too big and the dagger easily falls out. is there any way of adding something in the scabbard so as the dagger sits firmly
