SA dagger Maker

I have a SA dagger with "hannel" as the maker.I am told that is a rare maker.Have pics if anyone wants to host them for opinions.

Welcome to the forum. I believe you are refering to "Haenel" not Hannel. It is a fairly common maker out of Suhl, the other dagger producing area in Germany besides Solingen. As I recall they used a couple few different logos but the arrow was always part of it.

Yes you're right - SA = Sa group "Saxony".
I have many logos of Manufacturers but there are not "Haenel".

Haenel SA dagger

www.ssocr.com ,very good site.This is where I got my original information from.I was talking to the site ower about my maker not being in his long list of makers (will check to see if it is there now) and he told me it was a rare maker.I didnt realize there where so many different manufacturers of SA daggers.

I only got one ,but I love it.
