I am not sure about the roundel. I didn't expect to see that style. What I expect is to see is one like this on a Rohm SS Eickhorn.
Perhaps someone else may say different.

For me a "textbook" Ehrendolch by Eickhorn.

Very nice partial Röhm. No re-crossgraining.
Blade is not in mint condition and saw better days but original none the less.
Nice piece mate.

Serge is right about the SS roundel but the one on yours is typical for Eickhorn as well.

The dagger had a vertical hanger as well once...

Looking to the scratches on the front side of the blade you can consider to clean out the scabbard.
There are topics written on WRF and GHW by LarryC how to do it.
Off course you got to be very carefull in the process.
But it will prevent further damage and scratches on the blade in the future for many years.

You have good eyes. Imo it could be right though.
The fit is tight but it could be a replaced Eickhorn grip yes.
