    Friend of mine will selling this dagger and i will
    I need some help. I know the pics are not the best.
    Wit this pics we cannot say something about the paint from the scabbard but i am sure the paint is good so far.
    Please can you tell me more about the
    Maker? For us all looks good

            Hello,
            here i have 2 antoher phtos from the scabbard.
            I am not sure about the finish from this.
            It is new painted? Have someone a photo from a
            genuine painted scabbard from maker böker.
            So from the same variant.

              The scabbard's paint looks mint, though the tip hardware appears to have taken some punishment over these seven decades. Since these hewers were normally used in the field, as HJ knives were, it's hard to believe that this painted scabbard could have remained intact under those conditions...

                Blade has been buffed up and scabbard is a repaint.
