Gold Portepee Identification

I recently bought a small collection and this gold portepee was on a 2nd Model Luftwaffe dagger. Can anyone identify this portepee for me? Thanks!

Looks like a late period rayon Kriegsmarine knot to me. Strap is too long for a Luft knot.

Thanks Billy. Yes, I know, it's definitely not a Luftwaffe portepee, that's whay I took it off the dagger.
