Opinion on gravity knife

What is your thoughts on this gravity knife. I took it in as part of a trade.

There are no markings on the blade, which I read is normal for some original knives. It also has what I assume is a makers mark and RbNr on the pokey part.

Thanks. It was part of a trade so it cost me next to Nothing. Im going to keep it anyway for my pilots kit as a "placeholder"
