Well, I read "souvenir dagger" so shouldn't foul any one...I guess it is up to bidders to believe it or not. Not my area so I wouldn't bid.

A sucker is born every minute. Blade is made to look aged, but looks hollow ground IMO. MAYBE some parts are good, but who can tell from these photos??
