FJ Gravity Knife - 2nd Pattern

Hi guys,

here is something that i have been looking for, for a very long time.
I searched the Rb.Nr and found that it's a Paul Weyersberg.
Do you agree?
The numbers are not matching completely which is normal for me.
The nickel parts are covered with this black pitting, it's not patina. Is this going to deteriorate the item in long term? Any ideas how to clean/preserve it?
Maybe apply some gun oil?

Looks like it's engraved with a name. I am not sure but they look like Cyrillic to me

If i am not mistaken it's Waffenamt with a "5".

It's a all matching Paul Weyersberg (thumb lever and spring almost never do) type 2 gravity knife.

If i Remember well 0019 is the code of SMF maker...but my Memory it s not the best
