SS dagger opinions please

Hello guys
A friend of mine has asked my opinion on this dagger.
Imo at best it is a parts dagger, handle and crossguard original, rest is bad imo. Look at the tool marks at the top.

What do you guys think?

Handle eagle and roundel looks replaced. Handle has also bad fitting with lower and upper crossguard.

The whole thing is bogus.
Haco didn't made SS daggers/blades.
Only SA blades.
Run away from this one...!
