      I have one just a touch in lesser condition. Really a smidge. I have seen a couple of handfuls of aluminum Horsters like mine and yours. I feel they are somewhat common but will admit yours is the nicest I've seen.
      You take nice photos as well.

        you're very kind, frank. I've always liked these simple ones more than the baroque 2nd model.

        ever get your 'busa? I had a zx-11 for about 15 years til third gear let loose one day and it wasn't pretty...

          I have one my father sent home from Nellingen, Germany in 1945. Like fdodge said, mine is not quite as minty as yours but close... more wear on the leather.

            yeh - handling wear ends up going thru the thin grip leather and the ole' in-out over 70 years does a number on blades, for sure. I think mine's not been in-out more than a dozen time in its whole life.
