Looks like a very nice piece to me; from the Munich SS Distribution Center. It comes with a nice early bio and apparently had a Röhm dedication, later removed.

The scabbard screws are not right for this dagger. The scabbard finish looks suspect to me also. Reblued perhaps? Perhaps just the photos...
