1916 unaltered sawback bayonet

Is this unaltered and if so how difficult are these to find? This one came out of an antique store in Arkansas a couple of months ago. It still has a lot of black paint remaining on the grip area.

S98/05nAS with sawback, good maker, the black paint preserved the handle, but is probably not period. b.r.Andy
