hi guys i have this boot knife that i would like to get opinions on

if you want more pics i can provide more i need to be 110% sure this is a fake since i am on the fence to return it for a refund since some people have pointed out a few things such as crossguard, rivetshape, hat 1942, and scabbard (i dont htink its the correct scabbard it looks like a reworked scabbard for another knife since its nearly impossible to pull out the knife out of the scabbard and the clip looks realy crude as you can see in the pic) and so i ask you since you guys are amongst the most knowleadgeable in this field out on the web so i kindly ask you to confirm if its indeed a fake

hi and thanks for the response, i traded it with the guy i bought it from for a k98 bayo with woodgrips and mounted frog so im satisfied with the solution
