My Customs clamshell is also by Clemen & Jung, waiting for a decent Customs knot to replace the Polizei knot there now.
This example was 3R produced & has a lightweight, aluminum hilt. The unusual thing about it is short 8" blade with wide blood groove. For reference, this model appears in Ron's & Gary Walker's excellent book "German Clamshells & Other Bayonets", page 121.
I've noticed that it's scarce for a Polizei blade to have a swedge. Typically, they're only seen on some private purchase pieces from stiletto style blades by WKC & the occasional example by Henckels. Recently though, I've seen 3 by Clemen & Jung that also have a swedge, Victorman's being one of them. From what I can gather though, the blades are typical width & not the stiletto type.Attached Files

Reverse ricasso marked with the later C&J mark, dual marked on the same side. As Ron says, for a somewhat smaller & obscure manufacturer, Clemen & Jung does seem to be seen a lot when it comes to Customs' blades.
I also have two other short bayonets by Clemen & Jung, both Polizei. One is a early clamshell, the other a late aluminum hilt type.Attached Files
