Unknow leather Hangers RAD/DRK?

Need help on what these are.

At the GDC-forum an long time ago, these where found on an DRK-leaders dagger.

I don't see how they can fit a Red Cross Leaders dagger.They look more like a RAD leaders hanger to me.

Initially I thought it a hanger for a Feuerwehr axe but I could see it being a RAD Leader's dagger hanger as well.

George, did you see the "LP" stamping? Any possibility this could be something for the Landespolizei?
