Can anyone help me with a opinion regarding this dagger?
Is it a fake or something else wrong with it?
What would be a fair value?

The photos are extremely poor, so I couldn't see enough to even frame an opinion on this piece. But thankfully, it seems that our colleagues here have had better visual results and can form opinions on what they see...and they don't like what they see! So, if this piece is a fake of any sort -- a parts dagger or 'Frankenstein,' or a newly-made forgery -- there is NO VALUE whatsoever to such a piece, IMO. Fakes and forgeries of all sorts deserve NO respect, for their creators seek to mislead honest collectors, and their creations misrepresent the artifacts they are made to appear to be, and as such their "fair value" is NO VALUE at all.
