I think we'd need some better close-ups of both sides before making any assumptions about this piece. The scabbard body appears to be black...possibly NSKK?

Hi, a little more about the dagger it has a brown scabbard and it had a Rohm inscription at one time the only thing that is left of the inscription is a couple of small parts of some letters,I will try to take some better pictures of the blade but my camera and my skills suck,,I thought it was neat that the dagger came with the key chain ,supposedly from the hotel the dagger was in..
