Heer dagger - found in Norway

Hey Guys. What are your thoughts on my friends heer dagger? Apparently it has been cleaned and was very dirty when it was found. The eagle looks a bit rough but the handle seems very original.

Brass based early Ernst Pack Solingen made fittings.. is there a scabbard? is the leather buffer inside the cross guard missing? Any maker mark on the base of the blade? (near cross guard).. Kevin.

There are noe markings, no scabbard and no leather fittings sadly. The dagger is quite anonymous.

Yes its look like early 2. type E -pack crossguard.
Some small Solingen blade manufactures was using Early E-pack fitting.
