Opinions on This SS Dagger with Hanger?

I'm interested in buying an SS dagger from a local surplus store owner. I have dealt with this guy many times before and trust him, but I still have my hesitations. I've asked on other sites and people didn't like the SS runes on the handle and the RZM mark. Can you guys verify this dagger for me?

The RZM mark is the correct style for a 1198/39 SS, which is an unknown maker. No reason to believe that this is not the correct 1938 version because I see nothing else that looks awry.

IMO, keep the blade dry, and don't clean anything.

If there is any red rust on the blade use a piece of horn or ivory to remove it
