Broken SMF Gravity knife

I've had the knife sometime, took it down to have a look at it today and the metalwork has broken, is there anyway of fixing it?

It's the sprung piece then the latch is attached to, it seems that it's snapped where the first pin is.

Is there a way to fix or is that it?
