Yes, It is standard last Horster Solingen logo in TR era, who was used for 1. model Luftwaffe of luftwaffe dagger.
Blade nickle plated - standard feature for blades produced by Horster Solingen.

A quick question: The logo doesn't appear to be centered on the blade...does this matter? I have seen similar criticism raised about other types of daggers when the maker's mark or RZM license code was not centered on the blade...??

          No.
You can see off-center etched stamp of manufacturer is many cases on the Heer/Luftwaffe original daggers blades.

I have seen two other Horster TMs used. The first one here is one found on a Luft2 and on dress bayonets, the second one is on a Luft2 that I own.
