98/05 ww1 bayonet reissue

I know it is a reissue, and the Frog is marked for the 10/ Flak Regt. and 13/ Flak Regt. my question is, are both Flak Regt.s from WWII? and how rare is this set?

I dont see any details but i assume the S98/05 could be reworked in Weimar period or later and equiped with proper Flak marked frogs in 3R period.b.r.Andy
