SS Sword available locally

Gents,
I always tread lightly in picking up German items as the extreme disappointment factor afterwards is always prevalent in regards to fakes. This sword is at a local shop. What do you think?

I was prepared for posting a more detailed critique on that sword, but I could not find anything specifically wrong with it. The blade has the Krebs TM, the hilt is correct and so is the pommel cap with the SS runes.
The scabbard is correct as well. If I'm wrong, please let me know.
