description of a couple of bayonets

Gents, I've decided to box up a couple of bayonets my dad brought back from WWII. I'm going to give them to the next generation in our family. I'm doing this for a number of items to include swords, K98s, etc. In each case I try to research the item and include as complete a description of the item as I can to include such things as year made, how used and by whom (branch, unit, or rank etc).

no marking on the brown one; marking on the black one is a shield with pet dan Krebs over the top and Solingen across the bottom; not sure the design is within the shield.

I'd really appreciate anything you care to offer as a contribution towards a comprehensive description of the attached to edge weapons.

Both are dress Extra KS98 bayonets, one with horn grips,one made by Krebs, the frogs are wrong here as there are for combat S84/98 bayonets.
