It could be a S84/98 bayonet police or RP piece, when 3 row marking, and other side with 16xxx serial number, the finish of blade should be rough and probably red colored plastic grips, and no marked scabbard. Picture could be loaded only from independent online storage area.

The piece was most probably found in water or in place where the rust attached heavily the crossguard and other metall parts, looks like flahguard was partly rusted out. The piece is probably a police contract bayonet.
