Chained ss

I have sold the following Chained on the estand and the purchaser is uncertain as to the authenticity of the piece. I've had it for years and never doubted it but am happy to have opinions on the piece from people here

From what I understand he's not overly familiar with ss chained daggers and he was concerned by the fact that the blade motto on my example was different to that on the one chained example he already owned (his example sports the more common narrower font), I tried to explain that motto variations do exist according to maker but I don't think he was happy to hear it from me alone. I hope it also gives him comfort to see the dagger being discussed on the forum.

Unfortunately the guy is refusing to accept that the blade motto is ok......he has asked me to post pictures of it on this thread in case it is lost in the sales thread which I am doing here
