It appears to be a 70s Spanish reproduction from what I can see.

Actually, this is a replica made in Germany in the 60s. The scabbard could have been made from left over fittings and could possibly pass as original but for the chain clip. The blade is artificial damascus. I don't know about the base material of the grip but the crossguards don't even come close to the originals.
