Matching blade surface corrosion can be seen in the etching, perhaps a good sign? My advice would be to get it checked out by someone experienced in this difficult area and who really knows good from bad. Better pictures would help here.

Absolute fake, no doubt about it, the Rohm inscription is not one usually found on an Henckels maker marked.

The Henckels Rohms are unique in comparaison to any other maker marked and are therefore extremelly easy to authenticate.
