    Heer Dagger, good or bad?

Found this Heer dagger in an antique shop down town.
It’s not really my cup of tea, so can the experts say if it’s a good or a bad one?
The quality of the dagger isn’t that good, but I also have an original Kriegsmarine dagger at home, and the quality of that dagger also isn’t very fine.
The asking price of this dagger is € 200. Sorry for the bad iPhone photo’s.

Looks like a very worn blade, which is very significant in these pieces.. scabbard looks suspect to me too.. some of these type B generic scabbards do have the swirles in the pebbling but the finish and patina don't seem to match the hilt fittings? see what others say.. has a few strikes against it in my book.. It seems that the whole dagger is a well-known Höller post-war Heer dagger, with re-placed blade, for fooling the customer.

The condition of the blade queers the desirability for me. No need to look any further.
As for the other parts, maybe a Frankenstein?
