    Sword Help

    This is the only pic I have which isnt the best.

    Lots of wear but the blade looks clean...

    Anyone confirm if this is a good one? post war copy or parts sword?

    It seems to be a WKC sword Model 1059.

          Nickel scabbard was an option on WKC sword; In WKC sales catalogue, it says Sword with nickel sheath cost more than those with enamelled.

                Nice Sword with no issues, dont like scabbard but only as its not the standard and would look odd in my collection.

                  Some types of sabres from the Imperial/Weimar Republic period, had a chrome or nickel-plated saber scabbard.
