Polizei marking on a 84/98 bayonet ?

Could help me to read this marking ? I think it couls be a police marking from Weimar era.
S.P. might be Sicherheitspolizei or Sächsiche Polizei but what about H. E. ???

Any numbers there? The finish looks like nikled? The markings are not typical for Schutz Polizei, i assume no 1920 stamp there? teoretically SP Hannover and some other location designation. When there is a dot in front of S, there was probably other letter?

It is nickel plated and I think it is from Weimar era. No other markings on this bayonet.
