It certainly appears to be original IMO. I don't have my reference books handy so I really don't know who the maker is but I'd I had to guess, I think Puma or Alcoso would be most likely (but as I said, that's just a guess).

Looks nice, with the diamonds on either side of the eagle on the langet, I would say this is a Holler sword? Kevin.

As Kevin said it is a Holler. A model #119. Fairly common, but nice gilting.
