From the few pix and the poor lighting, it looks like it could be a good one. Would need more detailed shots and better lighting to have a firmer opinion.

Would you please post a pic of the motto and TM.

The motto pattern is not the one what i would expect to see on a" Eickhorn big smooth tail logo"
It's a mix between the 1st and 2nd Pattern,....strange

I think you should get some better photos and post them before committing yourself
Also ask if the scabbard has been refinish
