What do you feel about this police eagle? Is it original or a replacement ?

Its looks like glued? replacement.
I do not remember that i ever seen these type of firming eagle on handle.

The picture of the bayonet is not large, but i assume its late 30ies shortening of longer blade, the grips have old holes, so probably ok, most real postwar were eagle removed or denazified and later someone added it and glued it.
