Early Robert Klaas SS Dagger-Opinions?

Hey guys, never heard of this dealer and would like your opinion about this dagger. Dealer seems to have some good looking stuff on his site, and this one included! It looks nice, and, it priced WAY BELOW what they should go for...right? I have never owned an SS-Dagger before so this would be AWESOME! Yes, yes....it is "Satky" but I like the salty look! Ive read about "Spanish" and "Czech" fakes....this one of em? Any help guys? Thanks!

As far as I can tell the dagger is good. A shame about the blade,. Grip also has some issues as well . With that said $475.00 does not sound out of line as long as you are willing to put up with the condition and to pay for some expensive restoration. Whittman does re-tipping and does a very good job of it but I do not know what he charges. He also repairs grips as well. The scabbard alone despite the loss of the anodizing is worth $150.00.

This appears to be another dagger likely thrown into a tree by some nimrod in the past...too bad too...but this cannot be re tipped....it is what it is...damaged goods...but should NOT be restored if never taken apart before....just be left as is.

They can be re tipped but as the rest of the dagger is very rough
Probable not worth it
