That dagger came with a small Luftwaffen convolut. Am I right that is an RLB officers dagger second pattern?

Condition of the dagger himself is for sure not mint. Especially the leather has some damage. What would be a fair selling price of such an item?

You are correct, the pictured dagger is a 2nd model officer's model. Paul Weyersberg was a known producer of this model dagger. As you noted, it looks salty but otherwise original.
