Bavarian police bayonet ?

I got this shortened 98/05 bayonet and I thought it was one for the bavarian police.
It has matching numbers but are they german ?

This bayonet reminds to rework, by the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, after WW1.
The numbers are similar to Yugoslavian VTZ standard.
(A lot Germany bayonet came into the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, as part of war reparations.)
But I'm not totally sure.

Its a nice german rework bayonet, has nothing with postwar yugoslavian refurbishments. I personally dont know about connection to Bavaria, but maybe it started life S98/05 as a bavarian proofed piece?

Nice ex 98/05 reworked Weimer era blued and issued serial number IMO nice piece and not easily found.
