It´s an Extra-Seitengewehr in not any good condition.
BTW, only an NCO portepee makes the bayonet to an NCO one actually !

Depends - who is manufacturer of these dress bayonets. (R. Klass Solingen?)
Otherwise the production of these bayonets was ceased during the 1942.
