        Sales blurb

"In mint (-) condition. Eickhorn trademark on a perfect blade retains all cross-graining. Original scabbard paint in a matte green finish with original nicked chain attached. An extremely crisp dagger showing ever so slight wear with two very minor marks on the paint on the lower scabbard section. Would have to rate mint (-)."

Ted, it appears to be an original chained by Eickhorn. Has the late pot metal eagle so the TM is probably the post '41 squirell TM. Attached are pix of hilt, mottoe and TM of similar vintage Eick' Npea.

Thank you Barry. And thanks for torturing me with pics of your magnificent dagger! Lol.
I was a bit concerned about the eagle. But you've squared that issue away.
              I appreciate the input. Cheers!

Unless it's the lighting, I prefer my scabbard color to be Olive Green.

Could be the lighting set up on the Milcom pix.
This taken under natural light, Eick on the left and Burgsmuller on the right. Slight comparative differences in paint shade and sheen.

Looks like a beautiful Eick. Barry's NPEA's are super too, I'm just trying to keep up in anyway I can
