I saw and early NSSK (painted scabbard) with a maker's mark of "Johanniswerk Bayreuth". In the center of the trademark oval is a stylized shield with an arrow and something else (perhaps a sprig of leaves?) with the verbiage written around the oval. I'm fairly sure this is at least a relatively rare maker but does anyone know how rare it is? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
