The Boyz have nailed it. To follow up, the degen is a converted Police officers sword. The dagger completely post war as is the buckle and belt, portapee is also post war.

The sword does indeed appear to be a period Police officers example that has been "enhanced" to make it something that it isn't. A close up of the grip and insignia will be more conclusive.

Sword was once a real police degen and as JR statet converted to a ss leader degen.SS-medaillon is a fake one like the portepee too.
