          All,

          In addition to overall thumbs up or down, I'd be really interested if anyone can tell me more about the sword. I "think" its a 1714 model and was made around 1936.

          All feedback (good and bad) is welcome.

            Yes mills, your sword is indeed model 1714. Freiherr Von stein, I like the later trademark as well, nice field Marshall sword!. Mike

              Mils,

              The trademark on your sword is the last one used in the TR period, introduced in 1941 so that would date your sword to 1941 or 42 as I don't think they were making many dress swords once the war was in full swing.
