It looks like a Carl Julius Krebs No.3, I have one the same without maker marks. I would guess $250-$400 depending on condition.

The condition allowed me to discover a '25' stamped inside.
Mine is probably not worth $250 but I know it's original and yours matches it pretty exactly minus the patina mine has
