teno hewer

hi all I have a teno em hewer I picked up some time ago and am considering listing it on estand. how ever I have know idea what to ask for it as I don't think ive ever seen one listed on estand for sale. hewer is in very nice condition, somebody has lightly cleaned the blade at some stage during its life, etch is still factory dark, pommel still has the black burnishing around eagle, there is the common lifting of the plating I would say there is about 5% of plating loss. scabbard has 70-80% original paint, comes with original frog in very good condition.
overall teno is in very nice field worn condition. looking for an idea of value and would it be worth a trade on an ss dagger?

Its hard to say something about the value because of the bad pics you shown,

Teno daggers in exc ++ to mint with original knot are around 4K

Do you have the issue number? and how applied to the blade, i.e., stamped or etched?
Scabbard throat will be stamped.

dagger is original it came from the daughter of a german vet. I will try and post some better pics tonight. need an idea of value? I was told by someone $2000-$2500, does this sound correct?
