I need some help on this hj knife. Realy not my field it looks good but thats only based on state its in

Looks like the motto is still a bit on the blade.

Any info apriciated

this is a post war made hj knife aged & rubbed up with sandpaper !

scabbard has a lip which is a big red flag.
