Here is a sword that I would like to get an idea what would be a fair price for it because of it's condition - it's broken,
it was dropped, handle cracked and guard. The rest of the sword in a really good shape, clean blade no rust or pits, scabbard is good condition also, finish on guard is nice too. I heard it can be repaired...

I personally wouldn't put a very high value on it. In addition to the break the guilding , which is very fragile on these swords, is mostly gone on your example. This to me alone would seriously lower the value.

I would contact our member 'cogwheel'. He can fix anything. And if it can be repaired you stand a better chance of selling it fixed, than like this.
