Diplomatic/Government dagger scabbard question

I picked up Army dagger from a Vet and it had this scabbard on it. I just wanted to make sure it is all good before I put it on estand. Thank you

I´d say, this is an original scabbard of a GO/Diplomat dagger.
Very hard to find item

Possibly for an Eickhorn ? - but not an Alcoso. See attached images showing sleeve inserts to ring holders, a typical Alcoso Dip/GO feature not seen on other makers.

One screw missing, the other one is wrong size, but then typical Eickhorn imo....
To be honest first thought was Alcoso.

Agreed, wrong screw for an Eickhorn GO scabbard; early Eickhorn GO scabbards have two side fitted flush screws to retain the throat assembly, the later scabbard has one screw to the reverse.
